What does this challenge involve?

To complete this challenge you may require the following:
* Wall
* Chalk
* Tape measure
* Step Ladder / chair

THE CHALLENGE:
Prior to completing this challenge the competitor should 'warm up' for 5-10 minutes.

1) The competitor chalks the end of his/her finger tips
2) The competitor stands side onto the wall, keeping both feet remaining on the ground, and reaches up as high as possible with one hand and marks the wall with the tips of the fingers (Mark1).
3) The competitor, from a static position, jumps as high as possible and marks the wall with the chalk on his/hers fingers (Mark2)
4) Measure and record the distance between Mark1 and Mark2 in centimetres.

  • Mine is inches and is seriously pathetic but I am on old distance runner so it's to be expected. Even in centimeters he is jumping twice as high as me which is definitely doable, lol.
