What does this challenge involve?

You are not allowed to use a wall or anything to hold yourself up with. Basically, try it in the middle of a room. Start out with a headstand, and press yourself up to a handstand.
Headstand-handstand-headstand (counts as 1). if you fall over, like I did on the 3rd one..it doesn't count.

  • Awesome job. I would count that as three as you got up and down, then fell. I tried this for ten minutes and I have better balance than most but I could not come close to coming off the ground so this one is not for me:(
