What does this challenge involve?

'Benchpress Oblivion' is the ultimate benchpressing challenge.
Load 10kg onto each side of your barbell. Starting with a narrow grip, where your thumbs are touching, complete 6 benchpresses. Without pause adjust your grip to a standard shoulder width grip and blast out another 6 reps. Finally adjust to the widest grip poassible and complete a further 6 reps. Then return to narrow grip and start again. The aim is to do as many continuous reps without pause.

6 narrow grip benchpresses,
followed by
6 shoulder width benchpresses,
followed by
6 wide grip benchpresses
follwed by
6 narrow grip benchpresses
and so on.................

Rcord the total number of reps completed. The comeptitor with the maximum number of continuous reps wins.

THIS IS A WEIGHT ADJUSTED CHALLENGE, SO THE LIGHTER YOU WEIGH THE MORE YOUR REPS COUNT!
