What does this challenge involve?

2011 is almost upon us, what better time to get yourself in the best physical and mental health of your life?? By signing up to this one month challenge you are committing yourself to an amazing achievement. You also have a commitment to your fellow competitors to encourage and motivate them to incredible feats. Please note, this is not for the weak of mind and body, so if that's you go do something easy! If you want to change your mental and physical health, stick with me!! It is important to keep a journal of each day of the month, recording how you feel, what you eat, what exercises you complete and, most importantly, your scores for this challenge! Obviously you will not be able to enter any scores until the start of February, but by joining this challenge you are planting the first footsteps of an epic journey. Prepare to feel great!!! Please enter regular bulletins of how you are doing on the challenge wall - and encourage your fellow challengers. NOTE: DON'T FORGET TO TAKE A PHOTO / VIDEO BEFORE AND AFTER THE MONTH, AS THIS WILL BE RATED AND FORM PART OF YOUR FINAL SCORE TOTAL.

Finally, don't forget to detox your full body - otherwise you might just end up looking like the lady in the video :) (Ed. - Sorry!)

  • My 'bad' food is going to be chocolate - so if you see me eating some be sure to confiscate it!! (I'm also planning to avoid crisps and all forms of dessert).
