HoylesFitness: Good effort! I think this will rely on how rigid the girlfriend can be (so to speak)! I will get pressing Rachel over the next few days and see how we fare!

Challenge for: all

Challenge goal: just showing off!

Challenge targets: whole body

Level: suitable for all competitors

Age: any age

What does this challenge involve?

This is one of the less serious workouts on Konkura.com, but lots of fun. The challenge is to see how many times can you bench-press your girlfriend or boyfriend before collapsing in a trembling heap? Thinking of cheating and finding a really light partner?? - this is a weight adjusted challenge, so the heavier your partner the more each rep is worth. Warning, appropriate clothing is advised for both yourself and your partner during this exercise!
What better way to work-out with your loved one than by bench-pressing each other.
