What does this challenge involve?

What is the five (or more) rep maximum barbell back squat you lifted today?

Rules: No media (-40%) and photo only (-25%) penalties. Squats must have been completed within 48 hours of posting (current lifts only).


Form: The lifter should bend the knees and lower the body until the top surface of the legs at the hip joint are lower than the top of the knees.
