What does this challenge involve?

You might think your the fittest guy on Konkura, but do your fellow competitors agree? Forget the official rankings, lets find who is the 'people's Champ'. If you believe your the fittest guy on here enter this challenge.

  • Agreed.......it always struck me as odd that so many people are concerned with getting as big as possible......thats not my goal in the least......i want to be lean and mobile......and strong for my size......not worlds strongest man strong. ....like Bear said, all these gorrillas may be able to pick up heavy things but they cant run and jump worth a shit and forget stamina.....I can sprint, i can run long distance, i can jump, i can play mostly any sport and pound for pound im stronger than most of those Monsters too.......My favorite though is seeing the 270lb Guys benching 315 at the gym and walking around like hes the man........Come on dude thats like your bodyweight.......lol

  • hahaha, exactly worthster! What I look for is someone who can do almost anything and be good at it. Weightlifting, running, rowing, plyo boxes, jumping, sprinting, kettlebell swings, jump rope, pushups, pull ups, soccer, football, just an all around athletic person. I believe a lot people base fitness off of weightlifting...and that's it. I know a lot of weight lifters...who are very strong, BUT can't run a mile without wanting to pass out, or can't do a circuit workout, or can't even play 5 min. of basketball. Strong, YES....Fit, NO! Just my opinion. To Worthster and Angelo....keep up the awesome work! We are pushing each other and it's a very good thing!
