Video on its way - just crunching it down for posting to Youtube. Please note that my hands aren't "around" the obstacle in front of me - they are pushed against it, with fingers tucked (grabbing it would make it much easier!!!)

Best place I could find, constant push between stair with hands and railing with feet. Ouch.

About this challenge

Profile pic: Csmeredith Challenge created by:
Csmeredith

Challenge for: all

Challenge goal: increase strength

Challenge targets: core

Level: suitable for all competitors

Age: any age

What does this challenge involve?

This is an ultimate plank challenge: a full "tabletop" plank (some call this a "Body Prop")- arms and legs straight out, between two stable objects, with your body nearly flat across between them with your core holding you in place. Youtube video of someone training for Sasuke / Ninja Warrior provided for example.

  • surely this should be done on the floor not against two fixed objects which assist in locking your body in position. Try this on the floor fully outstretched on flat hands or fingers with no objects to press against bringing all muscles into play I am interested as to what time you post Regards
