What does this challenge involve?

This is more of a modern strength and balance test. Scoring is simple, the heaviest wieght wins. I will let this one go for awhile before i enter my vid and score.

  • Will someone do a video of this so I can get it right - reckon I will injury myself!

  • i hear what you are saying James. And I can agree with that. But, you will never see a 150lb. guy benching 600lbs. They don't have enough muscle to do it...where as a 250lb. guy can do it. I do see both points to both sides.

  • I figured you could do a lot James. I never did these before. I think I could get to 105-110lbs. if I do it on a good day.

  • oh hell no, the body weight challenges are just that..and to me, that's all fair game. I don't expect to be up near the top on this one, but I will def. give it my all. I always try to see things as relative...if you are 150lbs and can do 40 straight pushups, I would expect a 225lbs. guy to do like 60 or so. If they are both equal in how they lift, etc., I'm sure you get my point. Bigger guys are heavier but have that much more muscle to work with.
