What does this challenge involve?

In his prime Iron Mike Tyson was the self proclaimed 'baddest man on the planet' - and few would disagree!
The rules of the 'Beast Workout'are as follows:-

1) The workout must be performed in no more than one hour.

2) The aim is to perform deadlifts, benchpress, squats, chest press and dumbbell curls through-out the hour.

3)You record your personal best in each event performed in the hour (e.g. Deadlifts best score is 20 reps at 40kgs)

4) This challenge is weight adjusted,thus enter your bodyweight in kgs.

5) To encourage video submission the challenge is rated, thus to improve your score get fellow competitors to rate your technique /form when performing the exercises.
