If you like this challenge but it's private, for people of a much higher or lower
ability/fitness level, or you think lots of people are lying about their scores,
don't forget you can easily create a similar challenge for a different set of competitors,
or keep it private for friends who you trust to post honest scores. If you create
your own challenge you'll be able to moderate all entries as well.

I clearly need to practice this. Hoping to improve to 10. I think Ged could knock out 20 first atempt, we will see. You too Worthster this is close to the upside down dip challenge you did so well at.

Challenge for: all
Challenge goal: improve general fitness
Challenge targets: whole body
Level: suitable for all competitors
Age: any age
From a hanging position on a high bar, pull yourself over the bar feet first, that is one rep. See how many you can do without touching the ground. You are allowed to rest by hanging or at the top leaning against the bar but you cannot straddle the bar. You can swing to help although I am not sure it actually helps. I created this because I am envious of the muscle up but just don't seem to even come close to doing one.
I have a video to demonstrate. Clearly I am not a gymnast and I kick and wiggle lke a fish put of water to get over some times.
Great effort Andy, i'm not going anywhere near this as it puts a tremendous amount of stress on the neck, used to do many of these as I used to be good at gymnastics..10 will be a good figure for others to challenge you, Worthster will be a great competitor at this, look forward to subsequent vids..By the way I haven't long finished the 30 push ups, wanted to see if I could get anywhere near my best of 1248 when I set my set my hour record back in 1995 of 2,467 in the hour..I managed to 1,112, bloody youtube are not accepting the long video clips, tried breaking it down but still not accepting, will probably get some stick from the non-believers but they only have to look at my accomplishments and video clips to see that I dont lie..Keep up the great work as ever mate..
