From a hanging position on a high bar, pull yourself over the bar feet first, that is one rep. See how many you can do without touching the ground. You are allowed to rest by hanging or at the top leaning against the bar but you cannot straddle the bar. You can swing to help although I am not sure it actually helps. I created this because I am envious of the muscle up but just don't seem to even come close to doing one. I have a video to demonstrate. Clearly I am not a gymnast and I kick and wiggle lke a fish put of water to get over some times.
Great effort Andy, i'm not going anywhere near this as it puts a tremendous amount of stress on the neck, used to do many of these as I used to be good at gymnastics..10 will be a good figure for others to challenge you, Worthster will be a great competitor at this, look forward to subsequent vids..By the way I haven't long finished the 30 push ups, wanted to see if I could get anywhere near my best of 1248 when I set my set my hour record back in 1995 of 2,467 in the hour..I managed to 1,112, bloody youtube are not accepting the long video clips, tried breaking it down but still not accepting, will probably get some stick from the non-believers but they only have to look at my accomplishments and video clips to see that I dont lie..Keep up the great work as ever mate.. by GedMustoNumber1 on 5/4/2012 1:17:00 PM
