What does this challenge involve?

This exercise helps to strengthen the lower back, bum and hamstrings. Lay on the floor facing down with your arms straight out in front of you. With a very small movement, lift your head and feet off the ground. This should be just enough to have you balancing all your weight on your stomach. Do not lift your arms and legs too far.

The winner of this challenge will be the person who can hold the position for the longest with good form. So, if they don't have good form, let them know!!

  • No, I suggested it but it's not for her, she isnt into competition. She tries a couple things, she is good at yoga which is why she killed me on this one. My hamstring is injured and this one really hurts it so I can't do it for a while.
