What does this challenge involve?

How many chin-ups can you complete without rest? These can be either wide or narrow grip, with the competitors chin touching or being level with the bar for each rep. Note: a chin-up is with palms facing towards the competitor.

  • There's a big difference between wide and narrow grip for example wide grip shows true strength when done properly - chin above bar when bent then full lockout!!
