What does this challenge involve?

Perform 5 exercises on TRX as fast as you can keeping proper form(watch sample video).
1. Suspended 1 leg burpees 10/side(changing side included in time)
untangle straps(included in time)
2.40 rows(body straps at right angle)
3.40 press ups(body straps at right angle)
4. 40 ski jumpers :) right angle too
5. 40 jacknives(body parallel to floor)

Changing positions included in time.

  • Like it... I'm gonna give this a bash for real first thing when I'm fresh, just 4.23mins but I literally hit crossfit just over an hour ago, good stuff.
