I wanted to see if I could get anywhere near my best of 1248 when I set my one hour full press ups record back in 1995 of 2,467 in the hour..I managed to 1,112, bloody youtube are not accepting the long video clips, tried breaking it down but still not accepting, will probably get some stick from the non-believers out there though there won't be many who have followed my career over the past 20 years of competing at the very highest level, but they only have to look at my accomplishments and video clips on this site so far to see that I dont lie..Have saved a picture of me halfway through the challenge though...

GedMustoNumber1: Thank you Andy, I have mastered the lactic acid effect over the years with the 30 minute and 1 hour challenges, not easy but this is my forte...though saying that both you and I are probably the only ones on this entire site who can take the kettlebe
AndyWeaver: I know the human body will adapt to stress and get stronger, but I get lactic acid in my arms right away with pushups. A truely increadible feet. I have run 101 miles in a day so I know a thing or two about endurance effort, remarkable. Good luck
