    yes, I don't advise doing these on a tile floor..my head hurts from hitting it everytime.

  • I've been wanting to do free balanced handstand press ups for a while now. But i never started training for it seriously, this challenge should get me started on it. Really impressive! Recently p.b'ed on shoulders so i'll start these soon.
