In addition to strength, this one is good for core stability, and uses a much greater amount of motor units. Get into press-up position. Keep your feet apart. If you're doing the press-up with your right hand, put your left arm straight out in front of you, and lift your right foot off the ground. Write down how many you can do before you lose your balance.
