What does this challenge involve?

The 'Push-up to 1 Arm Row' challenge involves completing as many continuous reps of the below exercise. Each rep constitutes completing a push-up followed by a one armed row whilst holding a dumbbell of stated weight. The following rep must be completed with the opposite arm.





Your body-weight and dumbbell weight are taken into account in the scoring of this challenge.
