    24_7_fitness: Good work rate, although what are the rules on this one, i've always thought burpees where chest to floor and i have always thought press ups where chest to floor.

What does this challenge involve?

Blast out as many burpees as you can in one minute, then immediately move on to push-ups for a further minute. The whole exercise will take you 2 minutes - if you make it to the end!!

  • Bear, you are correct. Who accepts bad form as correct? Almost everyone on this site, which is sad for the fitness industry. Who teaches people to do half reps?
