Level: suitable for all competitors
Age: any age
Find suitable set of open stairs, hang from the lowest step and do a series of incline pullups to climb the stairs keeping your feet of the ground at all times. When you get to the top, or actually any point you don't want to go higher, climb back down keeping feet of the ground. Each step counts as a rep. You you go up 8, down 4 and quit, you score 12. Be carefull, falling down stairs, hurts.
MAD!!!....This challenge should come with a government health warning...failure at this will suffer in a definite broken neck...lol...interesting challenge though...

You are right Brad it's a lot like monkey bars, reverse incline monkey bars. My daughter will be good at this, I will have to spot her for safety.
