What does this challenge involve?

This exercise requires power, strength and technique. I was told about the explosive bosu ball push-ups by my good friend Bear. Basically the exercise is a Bosu Ball Pushup, but on the elevation section the bosu ball is lifted off the floor and pull to the competitors chest. The video below demonstrates the exercise:-





The aim of this challenge is to find the competitor who can complete the most continuous explosive bosu ball push-ups. I've also added a 'rate my technique' factor on this challenge as I'm sure not everyone will do perfect form. May the best man,or woman, win - let's get it on....

Challenge scores are calculated using:

Score= E1 * (0.20 * E2)

  • Nice one! I tried to do a "feet together, body straight" version of this today and couldn't get through two that way - hardcore! :-)

  • Nice challenge Worthster! And an updated version of mine. Bringing it up to your chest is even better. The video is good, but your body should be in one straight line at all times. It makes it a lot harder, and not easy. And feet together. Thanks Worthster!!!
