Here's what you need to do to take part:

The 10 Day Squat Challenge follows in the footsteps of 'big sister', the 30 Day Squat Challenge. It may be a shorter time-span, but it's more intense and will get your butt in great shape!
In this advanced challenge you complete 9 days of squats for a set time before the tenth day tiebreaker!. On the final day (day 10), rather than completing a set number you have to complete as many squats as possible! The winner of the contest is the person who completes the full 10 days and scores the most squats on the final day! - Good Luck.
Oh, and there are no rest days in this 10 day challenge!
* THE SQUATS MUST BE CONTINUOUS EACH DAY, NO RESTS IN BETWEEN!!

Day 1 - 50 squats
Day 2 - 60 squats
Day 3 - 70 squats
Day 4 - 80 squats
Day 5 - 90 squats
Day 6 - 100 squats
Day 7 - 110 squats
Day 8 - 120 squats
Day 9 - 130 squats
Day 10 - As many squats as possible.
