Good idea! Because you can jump into the muscle up. Extreamly hard excerise to do, i'm still strugling with a jump! Going to train this on sub zero day when the grounds frozen, because the place where i train pull ups is on grass/mud! by Exskinnybloke on 1/20/2012 1:14:00 PM
