A Goalkeepingskills.com challenge aimed at increasing your speed in covering your 6 yard box. Place two cones a couple of paces either side of you. Touch one cone, return to centre to catch the ball, throw it back and touch the other cone. Repeat as many times as you can in 20 seconds. Your score is how many times you successfully catch the ball. Are you faster than the Preston North End goalkeeper doing this drill in the demo video below?
