What does this challenge involve?

The Push-Up Challenge is the ultimate in push-up endurance. We're not asking you to do a measly minute, no, the aim of this game is to do as many continuous push-ups as you can. "Get down, and give me ?*?*? !

Always warm-up before you workout.

  • As I put on a previous comment to Stevie, I am a right stickler for correct technique, and even though he done 118 half push-ups, my 112 full what I achieved back in 2002 and was adjudicated by two guinness officials is still the 3rd highest ever...if it wasn't for the fact that my physiotherapist has instructed me not to do push-ups because of my degenerative neck problem I would've properly shown how to do the perfect push-up! I am not going to watch anymore of this challenge, because it sickens me to the core that the half variety seems to count in this challenge, and is an injustice to the full push-ups I done not just for the minute but also the hour of which my 2,467 back in 1995 has now been recognised as the worlds best, the reason being that an indian athlete had done 3,800 and it's only now that they have found out that they were the half variety... Bear couldn't have summed it up better in one sentence, as Glen rightfully pointed out the chest/torso has to go down to a depth about the depth of a tennis ball...My philosophy has always been the same over my 30 years of training and competing in stamina and endurance challenges...'If you are going to attempt something, then do it properly'!!!...and finally it seems like 'points means prizes' and in many of the challenges, it should be ' correct form,execution,technique, and full range of motion' means prizes!!!.
