In this advanced challenge you complete 9 days of crunches for a set amount each day before the tenth day tiebreaker!. In this advanced challenge you complete 9 days of crunches for a set amount each day before the tenth day tiebreaker!. Oh, and there are no rest days in this 10 day challenge!
* THE CRUNCHES MUST BE CONTINUOUS EACH DAY, NO RESTS IN BETWEEN!!

Day 1 - 20 crunches
Day 2 - 40 crucnhes
Day 3 - 60 crunches
Day 4 - 80 crunches
Day 5 - 100 crunches
Day 6 - 120 crunches
Day 7 - 140 crunches
Day 8 - 160 crunches
Day 9 - 180 crunches
Day 10 - As many crunches as possible.
