    Completely forgot to add the 45 seconds onto the 23 Minutes I had done, so instead of 1380 it should read 1425!!!...
    My first challenge for quite a few months but I wasn't giving up on this one as this was right up my street.This was damn harder than expected but nailed it none the less...Got my breathing absolutely spot on and the neck and lower back held out. The video was too long for youtube to put up but my partner managed to take a picture of me at around the 16 min mark.
