What does this challenge involve?

Test out the endurance of your legs with this exercise. Find a wall, slide down, and "sit" with your knees bent at a 90 degree angle for as long as you can.

Be sure to film your attempt, it would be a shame if someone didn't believe your score, right?

  • that's what I thought bloke. by having your arms on your legs, you can take some of the pressure off your legs.

  • crap!!! I just noticed you are supposed to have your hands on your legs....mine were above my head! I will have to do this again. I believe I will take over 2nd.
