The Weight Loss Workout (Part 1) challenge
The aim of this challenge is to find the person who can lose the most weight from doing a set workout. To take part in this challenge you need to weigh yourself (in kilograms and ideally to 2 decimal places) immediately before and immediately after completing the workout.
The workout is as follows:-
1) Prisoner Squat (20 repetitions)
2) Jumping Jacks (100 reps)
3) 10 minutes on rowing machine
4) 10 minutes running or on treadmill
5) 10 minutes cycling
The speed and intensity at which you complete this workout is up to you. However, remember, the aim of the challenge is to lose as much weight as possible so the harder you work the more you'll sweat!
Event 1: Your weight, in kgs, immediately before workout
Weigh yourself, in kgs and to two decimal places, immediately before doing the workout.
Event 2: Your Weight, in kgs, immediately after the workout
Weigh yourself, in kgs and to two decimal places, immediately after completing the workout.
