Push-Ups - bodyweight only
You can change arm/hand positions whenever you want
You can change exercises whenever you want
Strict form on both exercises
Restrict leaning back on pulldowns (it's not a row)
Chest has to touch the floor on push-ups
Event 1: Push-Ups
If I need to describe how to do a push-up, you may not be ready for this challenge.
Seriously, your chest needs to touch the floor with each and every rep
Event 2: Cable Pull-Downs
Do NOT lean back and turn this into a quasi pulldown/row movement
You can change grips anytime you want
Use a weight equal to your body-weight
Record your scores:
