lol, yeah, that was a warm-up. I saw you did 19 when I was at the gym, so I did 20. Want to make you do more by pushing you.
Your form was ok. try and go down a little further and try not to have both hands touching at the same time....but not bad after 6 pints of beer.

Bear - I take it you just posted a warm up - I'd put my house on you being able to do double or triple that mate!
