Good that you set C2 to countdown. This would be a legal entry on the concept 2 website whereas the challenge method is obscure and would nit be accepted. Well done on your score by DavidCockburn on 2/7/2016 9:29:48 PM

So what's happening Worthster, when are you going to try to beat 400m? Is it even possible? It would mean averaging a 1:15 split for a minute, which I think is getting towards olympic standard - and those guys are beasts! Can't remember which one, but I think Matt Pinsent, James Cracknell or Andy Reed holds the world VO2 max record, would love to know what they could do on this challenge. Good luck! by Dinosaur on 11/8/2013 10:41:27 PM

You did it correct Dinosaur. 1 min is 1 min not 1:01. by ToddCrossFitGrit on 5/22/2013 9:50:30 PM

Worthster, you need to set your monitor to count down FROM 1:00 so that the meters STOP at :00. You got meters added on all the way to 1:06. Goto Select workout and pick Single Time. Set it to 1:00. It will be MORE accurate. by ToddCrossFitGrit on 5/22/2013 4:17:06 PM

  • profile pic You're not kidding Worthster - so hard to pace this one, I lost it after 30 seconds. Be better next time though. Rebecca, you're right about the weight correction but the link doesn't appear to work. Also, most weight corrections I've seen are only valid for longer rows. This is just a bit of fun to see how different people stack up! by Dinosaur on 4/30/2013 9:08:00 PM

In order to be a fair contest you need to weight adjust the outputs. Concept2 favours 90kg plus athletes... the light guys get penalised for their lack of body mass. Here's a spreadhsheet to do this http://www.rowperfect.co.uk/erg-scores-how-to-adj by rebeccacaroe on 4/26/2013 1:17:02 AM

  • profile pic I think this is my favourite challenge ever! Agony - but great. by Worthster on 4/23/2013 9:00:00 PM
