The 10 Day Squat Challenge follows in the footsteps of 'big sister', the 30 Day Squat Challenge. It may be a shorter time-span, but it's more intense and will get your butt in great shape! In this advanced challenge you complete 9 days of squats for a set time before the tenth day tiebreaker!. On the final day (day 10), rather than completing a set number you have to complete as many squats as possible!
