Interesting challenge. Weighing 68 kilo's I have lost 13 kilo's on a training run 2 times. 22 mile run at 122 Fahrenheit even though drank 6 litesof water and another time on a high intensity 40 mile training run in 90 degree weather. If one would salt and carbo load the n ight before and down a liter of ater before the weigh in, I think 10 kilo's cold be lost with a high intensity workout. It's the rowing running and cycling that will do it.
