The 30 Day Plank Challenge

The 30 Day Plank Challenge

The 30 Day Plank Challenge follows in the footsteps of the Squat Challenge, and will send your core strength through the roof! In this advanced challenge you follow the original 30 Day Plank Challenge rules until the final day. On the final day (day 30), rather than completing 5 minutes of plank you have to do as long a plank as possible! The winner of the contest is the person who completes the full 30 days and scores the longest time on the final day! - Good Luck. Day 1 - 20 seconds Day 2...   more details

  • profile pic Just started day one! If we can do more than 20 seconds we should still only log the max time for that day? Is that how everyone is doing this? by Citiz3nKane on 11/28/2015 3:41:00 AM

  • profile pic what if u can't finish a plank for the day? are u allowed to rest and continue till u hit the time, or do u just record the total time until I collapse? txs. I am stuck on Day 14 by SuperDave on 3/10/2014 12:15:00 PM

  • profile pic @Kiko. You start at day one regardless. Its a day by day progressive challenge. Your chance to impress comes pn the last day where the barriers are removed !! by dangeorge15 on 12/19/2013 10:45:00 PM

  • profile pic Hi guys! I 'd like to ask you a question. My exercise routine involves 3 minutes planking each time. Today, for example, I did 4 minutes=240 seconds. By joining the challenge, where do I start? Day 1 - 20 seconds (even if my usual score is 180 seconds?). by Kiko on 12/14/2013 4:44:00 PM

4:00 was my best. Combining this 30 day challenge while doing Insanity made it hard. I'll be back to improve on this score though. Definitely saw some results! by breadman1 on 11/5/2013 11:36:19 AM

Rahad, you shouldn't post more than the specified time per day - the idea of this challenge is for beginners to gradually build up over time. If you want to post an unlimited time each day, then create a challenge to do that and try to get people to by TeamKonkura on 11/3/2013 6:36:36 PM
