I obtained my physical training certification though ACE (American Council on Exercise). I also studied weight lifting, cardiovascular training, as well as nutrition while attending Texas State University in San Marcos. After being overweight my whole life, in early 2006 I made a life changing decision to lose weight and be fit. Through extreme dedication and perseverance, I lost over 100lbs.
