  • As far as a diet goes...what are you looking to do? that's what you need to ask yourself. Right now, I'm training to do the Tough Mudder (www.toughmudder.com), so I'm slimming down a bit and doing a lot more cardio, pushups, leg raises, and a hell of a plyo. workout. I do a few protein shakes and just eat very small "meals" throughout the day. Trying to stay away from a lot of carbs and calories.
