  • Thanks Bloke! As I have told Worthster, I am not here to brag, show off, or anything of that nature. I like my videos to speak for myself. I was brought up on strict form! barbell curls off 85lbs. with great form is a lot better then someone swinging 110lbs. I would put money on that the 85lbs. guy is stronger. I have done a couple challenges on here in which I don't like what I did as far as form. That's why I have made my own challenges making sure strict form is used. Cheating on cheats yourself. Keep up the good work and keep pushing yourself!!!
